Privacy Policy

CozyRewards (cozyrewards.com) is operated by Growth First Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). It is an independent, sponsored promotion for the Mistplay app. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and who we share it with.

The Mistplay app is run by Mistplay, not by us. Once you install it, Mistplay’s own privacy policy applies to your use of the app.

TikTok Pixel and advertising cookies

This website uses the TikTok Pixel. It lets TikTok, a third party, use cookies and similar technologies on this website to collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the buttons you tap, your IP address, your browser and device details, and the TikTok ad click identifier in the page address. TikTok uses this information to measure how well our ads work, to show ads to people who are more likely to be interested, and as described in the TikTok Privacy Policy.

We also use the TikTok Events API. If you came from a TikTok ad and later install Mistplay, our server tells TikTok that the install happened, together with that ad’s click identifier. We may also report some later in-app milestones the same way. We do not send your name, email address or phone number.

What we collect

• Visits. Pages viewed, buttons tapped and the page version you saw, recorded by Vercel Web Analytics without advertising cookies. A first-party cookie remembers which page version you were shown for up to 30 days.
• Download clicks. When you tap a download button, our server records a random click ID, the time, the page address and its campaign parameters (including any TikTok click identifier), your IP address, browser user agent, referring page and device type.
• Installs and in-app activity. The button sends you through an AppsFlyer link to the App Store or Google Play. AppsFlyer is Mistplay’s measurement provider. It records the click, and if you install Mistplay it tells us about the install and some later in-app events, such as event names, times, revenue amounts, platform, country and device identifiers where available. We match this to your click.

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or payment details on this website.

How we use it

To run and improve this website, to test page versions, to measure which ads and pages lead to installs, to report results to Mistplay, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

• TikTok, through the TikTok Pixel and Events API, for ad measurement and optimization.
• AppsFlyer and Mistplay, to credit installs to our campaigns.
• Service providers that host this site and its data, such as Vercel and Supabase.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your information for money. Some U.S. state laws treat advertising pixels like the TikTok Pixel as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described below.

Your choices

• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Private browsing also limits the TikTok Pixel.
• Turn off personalized ads in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Privacy → Ads.
• Reset or limit your device’s advertising ID in your phone’s privacy settings.
• Email support@cozyrewards.com to opt out of selling or sharing, or to ask for a copy of, a correction to, or deletion of your information. We answer within 45 days.

Retention and security

We keep click and install records only as long as we need them for measurement, reporting, fraud prevention and legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has used this site, email us and we will delete what we have.
